When my car reaches 3rd gear and then I have to slow down at a stop light my car feels like it is catching or shifting really hard only when its almost at a complete stop. It does not do it shifting up gears and only does it once when shifting down

scan for codes first then check fluid if you can it may be low

The check engine light is not on and all fluids are perfect.
