i shorted out one of the wires running my liecense plate lights

Now I have no running lights on that side of the truck,bulbs & fuse are fine. running lights are out after shorting out Lic.plate light wire driver side front & rear, brake lights& blinkers are working.fuse & bulbs are good as well
