My A/C is acting up

After starting the car i turned on the A/C and I heard a loud squealing noise. I turned it back on and continued to hear the squealing on every possible setting.

At times the power would drop greatly and the can would "jump". Once after turning the A/C off the noise continued for a short time and the car continued to jump until I put the transmission into neutral.
