ecm location please?

I am looking for the actual location of the Engine Control Module..under the hood...under the dash....also referred to as ICM Module, the AutoZone Part # is DR 105 it is rectangular approx 4" x 3" x 3/4" in height. 2007 hhr with 2.2 engine.
