I am trying to change the spark plugs on my car and there is one that has this plastic piece on the tip of it blocking the removal tool from going on. I will attach picture what is your suggestion of removing?? The plastic piece or whatever it is won't just pull off!

From what I can see in the picture it is acctually metal, it is the connector from inside the plugwire and will pull off with needlenose pliers. by the way that plugwire is now junk. sorry it came apart hope this helps.
