I have a 2007 Chevy Equinox and cant get it to pass the emission part of the state inspection test. The check engine light is not on but the air bag light is. I have taken it to be inspected twice and both times it failed. The inspector said it failed because of the air bag light. I have tried to reset the system by clearing codes using a OBDII scaner but there are no codes and the system still will not reset.
