Hello Car Pros...
I have a Chevy Aveo 2007 that is almost impossible to start in the morning.
I have replaced fuel pump (advised by a mechanic) replaced spark plugs, replaced spark wires, replaced coolant temperature sensor....and it still does the same thing.
After I get it to start, it runs perfectly fine all day, it even starts right away after that first start.
I ckecked the coil pack and it does produce spark (even when I am cranking with no start) I cleaned the injectors, EGR valve, the intake air valve...
I am clueless and so a couple of mechanics.
What else could it be? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

The fuel pressure is within specs (55-56psi) and not dropping drastically after cars is shut off. The fuel filter is inside of the pump as well as the fuel pressure regulator.

Well, it turned out that the head gasket was leaking just a little amount of coolant into the cylinders and that was flooding them keeping the car from starting in the morning.
I used a head gasket leak sealant and the problem was solved. I know this is a temporary fix but at least I know now what happened.
I just wanted to thank you for your help and guidance.
I learned a lot.
