when ac start compressor have some sound like tak tak tak..........after i change new compressor original.now five months finish,this five months no any problem,unfortunatly five months after again the sound is coming.
what is the reason ? please give me answer

check belt and tensioner 60k is recommended replacement

try to check the refrigerant pressure of your AC system. because aveo compressor design no cut off. except wiring problem, lack of refrigerant and driving habit. some latest car the comp. will cut off when a sudden acceleration. try it when you do a sudden press the accelator pedal the compressor will disengage.

if the compressor seized or broke inside and system was not flushed prior to installing new compressor it's very possible more stuff from old compressor made it'way to new one causing the same problem
