Dash lights not working

Started my car up tonight, all exterior and interior lights work but not the speedometer, therm, or rpm on the dash will not light up.. used dimmer, over comes on and radio lights work but not the dash, fuse issue?

Unfortunately these lights are LED's and are part of the cluster. The only way to fix the back lighting on these is to replace the cluster.
