Hello,
You must remove the door panel first. Here is a guide to help you get the job done

Remove the front door trim pad.
1 Front Door Outside Handle Screws (Qty: 3) Tip: Disconnect the lock rod. Tighten: 7 N.M (62 lb in) 2 Front Door Outside Handle
