The vehicle listed above is n54 335i. The starter now ‘chunks’. Second replacement starter was doing the same as original. no engine turnover. Battery at 12.2 on multi meter. Was using an Innova remote starter switch during walnut blast on p2nd intake port. Engine needs turnover, as well t went to ‘chunk’. Will have it on charger overnight.
Let me clarify my situation...I was walnut blasting and I was on my second cylinder using a remote starter (Innova) and it was going fine. Then it just quit advancing the engine, stopped open/close valves. Made a clunking sound. Thought it was a starter went out and bought a new one put it in - no improvement. I’m really at a loss, it’s as though something is stuck in the engine somewhere that will not allow the turnover. Help!
