I live in Australia and have a Honda Accord euro 2.4 this is similar to the Acura TSX. Today i discovered a whining noise in the engine compartment and it happens even when the car is hot. It? only goes away at high speeds ( or maybe because i don't hear it ). I opened the Power steering cap to discover bubbles. It hasn't been to the extent that it leaks yet but do you think the O-ring would get rid of this whining noise and stop the bubbles. I also smell a little bit of burning but not that much
