Hi my passat has recently started having this problem. When i leave the car unlocked or even when im driving the bootlid pops open randomly.Without warning or touching anything it just pops. Its a 2.0 tdi by the way.It has only started recently but it is a serious inconvienience. I havent got a proper answer to the cause off any mechanic so far so any opinion would be great thanks.
