Electrical issues are not always the same for all cars... could be a temp sensor issue, a fan control module issue, a/c sensor or wiring.

You'll have to have someone look at it to diagnose. It will be easier to diagnose when the problem exists, so taking it to
a shop when the fans are not staying on... will not be of help (to the shop).
