Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Vauxhall Zafira, Reg number RO06 AVV with automatic transmission gearbox. The automatic gearbox is not working properly now. It works fine in 1st and 2nd gear but when it went to 2nd gear, it skip the 3rd and went into 4th gear straight away and always stuck at 4th gear.
Please can you let me know that does the gearbox need to be replaced or it could also be the electronic computer problem in the car system? Or it could be both?
