courtesy light comes on with a mind of its own, have to keep swithing it off manually. i have been to it may be dampness in the control unit, where is it?

we have no info for this vehicle, but it may be under the center console if you have one.but check all your door switches first, you may have a rusted wire and lost connection leaving it on.
