car door opens by itself?

Hi we live in zambia.our vitz got involved in an accident and after that the back seat door swings open when we drive.not always,but regularly.the child lock is on,we do not use that side to enter into the car.the indicator always shows that the door is open.please help me on this as my daughter travels in that car everyday to school and i get panic attacks until i see her safe back home
