which grade oil do i use i live in jamaica tropical climate? and also synthetic or regular?

5W-30 is the recommended oil grade.

i would use synthetic as it offers less viscosity breakdown from heat. but if it's very expensive i would use regular oil with an improver like LUCAS oil stabilizer.
