fuse box diagrams no headlights or tail lights

I am taking it that you checked all fuses and relays in lh an d rh and underhood fuse boxes because there are fuses for all of them in those. there is also a body ecu one in j/b1 tha t cold have been damaged. Other than that without spending time on this this is the only answer I can give. I am also assuming that your truck has the factory installed trailer wiring as they are different. here is a guide to help with the fuse panel diagrams below.

Yes it has factory installed trailer wiring and those are good also!
I only knew of two fuse panels one under hood by the battery and one in the cab under dash by the driver door! Where is that ecu at and what does j/b1 stand for?

junction block 1 is on the lh side of dash there are two or three wires going to ecu.this is screwy as hell i'm sending a few pics from what the wiring diagram and actual fuse box stuff says it contradicts itself lol. one is of the underhood box sheikh I've pointed to try replacing relays with like ones and the other is drivers side which has ecu as well as another relay there.

Can you tell me where the fuses are and what they go too?

location of the power accessory fuse.

Your truck has two fuse and control panels. One is under the hood and contains the items shown in the first three images. The other panel is inside the truck to the left of the steering column behind the lower trim panel. It is shown in the last 3 images.
However fuses rarely fail for no reason so unless you know that it was because of something like a coin falling into a power outlet or similar then some testing may be needed.
This shows using a test light to verify the fuse is bad.
