What is the name of the body part and how much does it cost to replace?

Recently I scratched and dented the body of the car that is next to the left wheel, under the back seat left hand side door. It seems like it is a border to the bottom of the car and it goes up and around.

it the rocker panel and the quarter panel. that can be repaired, does not need to be replaced.

It's two panels? It looks like it's only the bottom one. How much does a repair like that typically cost? Also, if I wanted to get the whole thing replaced how much would that be?

we dont do body work and you need to go to a body shop for a bid.
