need information on adjusting headlights on a 2006 toyota avalon

lights are shining to low and I'm not sure on how to adjust them can you help me?

depending on which light is fitted see pic for both applications screw "A" lifts the light, the screw must finish up firm so if the light is raised to high and you want to lower a little, re aim low and slowly raise so screw remains firm.
