Cranks but will not start

engine code LWR96TF02, 2.0 TD, it just had problem with a hard start and later it failed to start completely.
i have changed the crank sensor and the cam sensor, bought and programmed another ECM power on sensors is okay 5v. pressure pump is not delivering any fuel and the glow plugs are not getting any heat. no power on them.

We need to start with a couple guides to figure out some other possible causes.

First and foremost we need to start with checking for codes.

Once we know what codes are there we will know better what is causing the glow plug and fuel issue.

Lastly we need to know if the security light is on or flashing when you are trying to start the vehicle. We could just have a theft issue happening.

We don't have a manual on this vehicle engine as it was not offered in the USA but I am sure we can help figure out what is happening based on this information. Thanks
