Where is the starter located and how do you change it?

Disconnect battery, remove nut that holds ground by starter remove bolts and electrical connectors from starter. The starter is under the intake manifold near the bell housing.

Tighten: Tighten the starter solenoid terminal-to-battery cable terminal nut to 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.) , and the starter solenoid terminal-to-ignition solenoid terminal nut to 6 Nm (53 in. lbs.) .

Tighten the starter lower mounting stud ground wire nut to 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.) .
