When I start the car there is a low hum at idle and a little vibration especially at a cold start. When the car warms up a bit, the sound gets a bit quieter at idle. The sound goes away when I'm on the throttle and immediately comes back when I lift off the throttle. The sound may be coming from the part of the engine bay where the pulleys are located but I'm not sure. The sound doesn't get louder when I turn the steering wheel so I think it may not be the power steering pump. There are no fluid leaks and all fluids are filled to required levels.

disconnect the belt and see if it goes away. its probably due for a belt & tensioner replacement. Might be the adp pulley on alternator as well if you have one.
