my cars heater turns on every once in a while but most of the time it blows very little
if nothing at all could it be fuse??

If the blower fan motor is not working intermittently it could be the fan motor itself. When problem occurs, give the blower motor housing some banging with your hand to test if the motor starts working correctly. If yes, the motor is failing and has to be replaced to rectify.

If air volume is low, check the cabin filter for clogging.

I banged the blower motor housing and it turned right on i ordered a new blower motor and my cabin filter was not clogged Thanks for your help
