right rear wheel bearing do make a noise?

I am about to take a trip down to Greensboro florida about 257 miles from me I want to know do you think the car will take me there and back with out any trouble. the right rear wheel bearing do make a noise it get a little louder when somebody is sitting on the back seat the wheel is turning freely.

I would replace the bearing before going when the bearing start to go bad they can suddenly get alot worse.i wouldn't risk it.
