Have checked the fuses in the inside fuse box?If the cig/power port fuse is blown you wont be able to link to the computer.

Its behind the drivers side forward kick panel right in front of the center console.I believe its labeled fuses. It should be a 15 amp fuse you can use a test light to check the fuses.

I dont have. Ion to take pictures of it.Where your shifter is to the left side of that right in front of the center console there is a small door with a plastic flat headed screw holding it on.Thats the fuse door cant miss it.

Depending if the code reader has a battery to power it up?See if the orange wire to the one2Connector has power?a blown fuse or the code reader itself is the two most common reasons to not read codes.I have seen some of thegeneric code readers work on some cars and not work on other cars.

Some of the cheaper code readers have glitches like that especially if you get a Chinese knock off one

Drivers side right in front of the center console there is a panel over the fuses.Really can't miss it it's a separate panel from the center console.
