when i am driving down the highway on a level road the car moves straight ahead for a few yards and then begins to move to the side of the road even though i hasn't turned the steering wheel this situation continues, i put 4new tires on the car and a alignment the man said he check the ball Joints they didn't have any play what can cause the car to wander?

I would also check the tie rods.

if the tie rods are bad would the steerling wheel shake when the front tires hit a bump in the road?

the steerling wheel don't shake when the front tires hit a bump in the road do that mean the tire rods is not bad?

No it all depends on how bad the tie rods are.

does the rear of this 2006 Saturn Ion 2 can it be Alignment to? i had the front Alignment.

The rear doesnt have much toe adjustment with its ibeam in the back.do you have a alignment print out I can look at?
