pontiac brake lights

In the diagram below, check for voltage at the splice legs for splice 304, lite blue wire. I have to backtrack the wire from the rear to find the splice. That usually indicates a bad Multifunction switch in the steering column. The 2 lower brake lights run through the turn signal switch so the turn signals can be canceled for the brake lights.
