rear seat removal

i'm including a pic for the rear seat there are two one with armrests and one without. the latch looks to be the same. you may be able to get something on the latch like long screwdriver to get it to go to the up position. then you may be able to move the seat covering around to take the screws out so you can replace it. you might also follow these instructions to get the latch off by removing seat back. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
