For the ones on the body, you need to remove the taillight. When you open the tailgate, you should see holding bolts. Remove them and pull the taillight straight out, do not use sxcessive force nor too much movement. you need to get the clips released. A ruller to pry gently at fender side should help.
You can then replace the bulbs.
