you should be able to remove the plate around the shifter by removing a few screws and pick up on it,once it is in the air you should see the wires to the bulb it should just twist in to the plate,just remove and replace that bulb.do the radio,power port / or cig.lighter work? because if they do then the problem is probably just the bulb because they all share the same fuse.
