Chinese rotors age on your car and often warp. Usually they are fine after one touch-up machining. Your rotors should be checked for thickness variation first, then "lateral runout". Thickness variation will cause the brake pedal to pulsate up and down once per wheel revolution. Lateral runout shakes the steering wheel when it's bad enough. Lateral runout is a common result of not using a torque wrench when tightening the lug nuts. The warpage is caused by uneven clamping forces on the wheel along with repeated heating and cooling cycles.
