while turning full lock the car jitters

Hi I have a Nissan micra sport 06 reg. I am experiencing problems when my steering is on full lock and the car is moving slowly, as in reversing round corners or reverse parking, the car seems to jitter. it always happens when full lock is on Im not sure if the car has electric steering, I cannot seem to find the sttering fluid reservoir
