Mitsubishi eclipse gt 06 6 cylinder. When key is in on position I have no fuel pressure, only when trying to start vehicle I have 70 lbs. Is this correct ? And where is fuel pump relays?
Engine cranks but does not start , cranks only while spraying starting fluid, then cuts off immediately.
