2006 Mercury Marquis Error codes

Hello, I'm not 100% that I have a 4.6L engine but Anyhow. I received two error codes and cannot figure out what they mean.. I've tried just about everything. Maybe I can receive some help here. My codes are

U2023-20 = fault received from external node. (FYI, I had two other codes with a -20 and I was unable to find them until I took that away. So it may just be U2023.

B2276- less then two transmitters programmed.

If I can get any help on what these codes may indicate then I'd greatly appreciate it.

the U code is a can code meaning a computer assisted network and can be a shor in wires or to much voltage this is best left to pros to diagnose. however It may go away if you get rid of other code first. the 2276 means the doors don't unlock using trans mitter so check battery in transmitter and may need to be reset via scanner. Normally only a pro has this.

Wow, I really do appreciate the help! That's awesome. I haven't had any issues with my door locking and unlocking. Tho, I just had my mechanic fix the keyless entry for the driver side door.... Do u think that (U) code can be something significant? Id hate for something to short or even worse, blow. Could this possibly be the cause of the AC not working properly?

the code says to fix all other codes first so have a pro scan this to see if there is also an hvac code which may set the U code. but also have the pro check the U code for shorts as it can be a can bus problem like the a/c
