Problem with Mercedes CLK 200 Kompressor rear left window!

On a Mercedes CLK 200 Kompressor (2006) the rear left window does not respond and does not go up and down. It stayed open and cannot be moved up.
Any information in how to solve the problem?

This is usually caused by a bad window motor, but sometimes it can be caused by a bad master switch. If you want to test it just take the door panel off and see if the switch is sending power to the motor. If it is then the switch is good.
