I was changing he cabin filter and the tension device on the right side fell down. I cannot figure out what and where it attaches. Can yo help?

What does the top part of the glove box tension device hook to?

This is the bottom where the screw goes, I mean the other end that goes up into the box somewhere.

we have no pics of that, you'll have to follow it upa nd shine a flashlight up there to see if there is something similar to what you have on the box. it may have broken off as well so look for broken plastic
