When i start the engine, a particular sound rumbles from the timing compartment of the engine. I tried to check the ECU for possible Code, it brought out P0011. Please what is the possible fault and possible solution.

the cam and crank sensor are out of sync and your vvt sensor is retarded to far a pro will have to fix this with his scanner

Hi, I just change the Timing chain Guides in my Range rover 2004 model....But after then the engine has refused to start. May be i didnt get the timing set well. please how do i get the correct timing of the camshaft, the setting of the sensor gear on the Vanos and Crankshaft timing? Or what do i do. thanks

these instructions are to detailed and lengthy to copy and paste here. my suggestion is to rent a manual on line here with all the details needed . it can be rented and printed out or I think it stays open for a week......
