Check the door switches and door alignment. One is definitely not contacting fully to keep switch open when doors are closed. Close all dors and sit inside vehicle. Push at each door panel near the door swtch and the one that lights up the dome light means the switch needs attention.

The signal lights flashing is linked to this as I believe your security system is linked to the door switches.
