Need to have a steering wheel cover replaced

The steering wheel on my 2006 Kia Sedona has a big gap where the cover for the steering wheel is wearing away. I was wondering if there was any way to get just the covering material for the steering wheel replaced, without having to buy a new steering wheel, to the tune of $360.00.

Any help would be appreciated.
