Some Kia Sedonas do not have glow plugs they use compression to start.
It might be the heater box?
You can try priming the fuel before you turn it over by squeezing the baloon in the front of the engine compartment when you squeeze it it pushes the fuel up for starting. This worked for me but the fault code showed it was the fuel pump. It wasn't it turned out to be a leaking injector.
Needed to change 2 then it starts fine now.
It was not the fuel pump at all.

Second hand fuel pumps on ebay cost about £500 then you need a garage to recode the cars computer to make it accept a different pump as they are coded.

The difference is a petrol driven engine in the first question and George has mistakenly referred to a diesel engine.
