Which way around does the mounting plate go through the firewall?

I hae to replace my clutch cable and am not sure which way arond it goes through the firewall.
I did it one way and it last 3 weeks before it fraid through,
Must I do it the other way around or fit it to the pedal differently?

Your vehicle isn't available in the US; we have information on it. Check the location where the plate mounts up to see if there is an outline on either side of the bulkhead that will tell you which side the plate gets mounted to.
