my turn signal it shorts out my radio?

When i used my turn signal it shorts out my radio and causes my check engine light to come on? What's the problem.

This happens when the IPM (integrated power module) goes out which is common in these cars. It is easy to replace because it self learns so there is no programming. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
