They are probably referring to some fuel system maintenance. There are 2 procedures that help maintain a healthy fuel injections system. One is the air intake system than needs to be cleaned from time to time to maintain accurate air bleed to maintain correct idle speed. The other is a pressure cleaning of the internal fuel system, mainly the injectors themselves to avoid varnish build up on the inside of the injector nozzle.
