continued missfire after full tune up and ignition coil replacement

have a 2006 hyaundi sonata 6 cylinder that was recently missfireing, did a full tune up and replaced ignition coils after finding water and a silicone type substance in one of the cylinders. ran great for three weeks, then began to missfire again?
