I recently had my local Honda dealership replace my oil pan because a local 10 min oil change business cracked it in a rush during an oil change. Long story short three weeks later a bearing spins and the engine is done in... Also I had the transmission and brake fluid flushed two days prior to the engine failing, the work was all done at the dealership. It doesn't add up maybe its a coincidence, but I've never ran low on oil. I think it may go back to the oil pan replacement. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The bearing would not have been touched during the work done at the dealership, a spun bearing is normally due to low oil pressure as a result of low oil level, the bearing over heats and grabs the journal and "spins" either low oil level due to the cracked sump or a coincidence, only options open really.
