My unit is a 2006 City IDSI 1.3 AT.

How many spark plugs should I buy to change all the old ones?

Please advice better brand options aside from honda's recommended NGK BKr6E-11 for my unit...

First, you have a 4 cylinder engine. Therefore, you should only need 4 plugs. As far as brand, I always recommend staying with the OEM parts.
