I have a 2006 Honda Accord, 208,000 miles - I am getting a loud vibrating noise when I drive - sounds like from the tires or wheels - does not exist in idle or when in neutral and I rev the engine - I just changed the tires and the problem is still there.

To recap :-)

Loud vibration noise when being driven - increases as speed increases no noise in idle, or in neutral and gas given, only when driving first thought it was tires, which needed changing bought new tires, including alignment, problem still exists? :-)
