windshield washer hose connection

Hi,
How do I gain access to fix the windscreen washer hose which has somehow been disconnected.
It is the section just below the part you pour the fluid in to but there is not enough room to get both hands in there to reconnect.

Any help would be much appreciated as I have heard the whole front bumper needs to come off.
